Tuition Agreement - SingOut Singing™

1. Training Requirements and Practice:

The student agrees to practice daily and to work diligently to achieve goals set by the teacher.
Both teacher and student have the option to terminate classes if either party finds progress unsatisfactory.

2. Payment Policy:

Class Price per lesson: *

One Hour Weekly Private Lesson.

Class Price of $120 per lesson is to be paid in a term fee of $480 every 4 weeks in advance.
The student must pay a deposit of $120 on their first lesson. The deposit fee can be used as the last lesson payment should you cease training. Deposit must be used within one week of training being ceased.
Lessons are non-refundable.

45 Minutes Weekly Private Lesson.

Class Price of $95 per lesson is to be paid in a term fee of $380 every 4 weeks in advance.
The student must pay a deposit of $95 on their first lesson. The deposit fee can be used as the last lesson payment should you cease training. Deposit must be used within one week of training being ceased.
Lessons are non-refundable.

Half Hour Weekly Private Lesson.

Class Price of $70 per lesson is to be paid in a term fee of $280 every 4 weeks in advance.
The student must pay a deposit of $70 on their first lesson. The deposit fee can be used as the last lesson payment should you cease training. Deposit must be used within one week of training being ceased.
Lessons are non-refundable.

One Hour Group Class: 4 Students having individual lessons in a group environment.

Class Price of $55 per lesson is to be paid in a term fee of $220 every 4 weeks in advance.
The student must pay a deposit of $55 on their first lesson. The deposit fee can be used as the last lesson payment should you cease training. Deposit must be used within one week of training being ceased.
Lessons are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy:

48 hours notice is required regardless of circumstances.
Makeup classes for missed lessons will not be offered.
Lesson will be charged (forfeited) when you do not attend your lesson.
Rescheduling a lesson may be available only when 48 hours notice has been given.

4. Misuse of Technique Policy:

Management accepts no responsibility for misuse of technique external to school premises resulting in vocal problems.
